A day on a secured site
Early in the morning, the drive to a secured site. The route is familiar, the routine well-rehearsed. But the feeling of driving up to a secured site never becomes pure routine. Here the day begins differently than on any ordinary construction site.
At the gate, your access status decides: without personal security clearance and prior registration, no one gets onto the site. The security requirements are far above those of an ordinary construction site — and they apply anew on every assignment.

Behind the gate, too, every area and every action follows fixed rules. Then the actual work begins: maintenance to plan, step by step. What happens here appears on no public tender page.

Your mission
You hold overall responsibility for cross-trade projects – electrical, data, security and C2 – in the public-authority and military environment, from costing and stakeholder management through to acceptance. Not mere site supervision.
Your responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for cross-trade projects (electrical, data, security, C2)
- Stakeholder management (client, users, subcontractors)
- Costing as well as schedule, budget and quality control
- VOB-compliant execution, variation and acceptance management

Your profile
- Several years of experience as a project manager with full project responsibility (electrical / building services)
- Management across multiple trades; stakeholder management
- Knowledge of AV / media technology and cyber security (full C2 skill set)
- Confident handling of VOB execution
- Nationwide willingness to travel (project-based assignments)

A plus: experience with the public sector (BImA, state building authorities, LBB), projects with security / classified overhead, control-room and C2 projects.

Your mission
You design, plan (HOAI) and manage media technology and control-room visualization across all trades – at system level, not pure installation – and lead your own AV / control-room projects as project manager. In perspective, you help build up the AV division.
Your responsibilities
- Specialist planning of AV / media technology (HOAI)
- Project management of the AV / control-room projects
- System design (control room / video wall, control platforms)
- Integration into C2 / control-room environments
- Programming / configuration of the control systems (desirable)
Your profile

Installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair of security-sensitive communications and security infrastructure in the military environment – assembly and service in equal measure. All levels welcome: helper / career changer, skilled worker / journeyman, master / technician.
Your responsibilities
- Assembly / installation of electrical, data and security technology (cable routes, copper / fiber-optic cabling, cabinets, components)
- Commissioning, testing and handover
- Maintenance, fault clearing and repair (intrusion / fire alarm / access control / network / AV)
- On-site service on security-sensitive sites; documentation
Your profile
- Training or practical experience in electrical, IT or security technology (from semi-skilled to master, depending on level)
- Hands-on mentality for both assembly and service
- Category B driving license
- Nationwide willingness to travel (project-based assignments)
- Willingness and eligibility for official security clearance
A plus: experience with intrusion / fire alarm / access control, manufacturer certificates (Bosch BT, Honeywell, Hekatron), military / public-safety background.
